 Since Realty Title's establishment, the company has had several names and been in several locations
in Lewistown. Some of the names the company has been known by are Fergus County
Abstract, C. M. Kelly Abstract, and Realty Abstract Company. The company was incorporated
under its present name, Realty Title Company, in 1974 and is now located at 201
6th Avenue South in Lewistown. Realty Title Company has provided abstracting, title
insurance and escrow services for Fergus and Petroleum Counties since its inception.
In the early 1970's the company purchased the records for Judith Basin County.
Realty Title Company has complete land title indexes for each of the three counties
its services dating back to before time of patent.
Realty Title Company looks forward to continuing the company's tradition of
providing a variety of title and escrow products with quality service. It is proud
to be one of the area's oldest businesses and that its premium dollars and profits
stay within the Central Montana community.
